Error code descriptions

This table describes error codes that the LCD may display.



Fault CodeFault DescriptionTroubleshoot Suggestions
1Leakage
  1. Check whether the charging connector and it's cable are damaged or wet and try charging again.
  2. Check for any water damage on the charger or installation.
2Overcurrent
  1. Check whether the charging cable is connected properly and try charging again.
  2. Check EV OBC.
3Ground Disconnected
  1. Check whether PE is securely connected to the input terminals and try charging again.
  2. Check for any installation faults.
4Overvoltage / Undervoltage
  1. Make sure input cables are secured properly in the terminals.
  2. Check input voltage with an external device. 
  3. Check if voltage drops in input when load is applied.
5Contactor Fault
  1. Check whether there are any loose Contactor cabling inside the device.
  2. Restart cahrger with the MCB and try charging again.
6Abnormal CP
  1. Check whether the charging cable is connected properly and try charging again.
7Socket Lock Fault
  1. Pull out the charging cable, plug back in and try charging again.
8Over Temperature
  1. Ambient temperature over 50℃
9Emergency Stop
  1. Check wheter the (optionally installed) Emergency Stop button is pressed.
10Tamper Detected
  1. Check wheter the front cover is properly closed (Tamper sensor optionally installed).
11Energy Meter Fault
  1. Check whether communication cable is correctly connected and secure.
  2. Make sure meter's baudrate is 9600.
13Modbus Communication Fault
  1. Turn off DLB Mode using Morek EV Tool app if CT-Hub is not used.
