Chapter 1 Safety precautions
● This device is limited to the use of debugging green energy charging stations .
● When the simulator is not in use, please cover the simulator to avoid unnecessary contamination and damage.
● Before use, you need to check the simulator device to ensure that the device is intact. Do not use the device if damaged.
● Before debugging, check the charging gun insulator, pins and sockets, and make sure they are clean and free of foreign matter.
● Before debugging, check the simulator gun mount, switch, and CAN port, and make sure they are clean and free of foreign matter.
● Before debugging , you need to confirm whether the charging gun is fully plugged in.
● It is strictly forbidden to modify or disassemble the simulator without permission .
● It is strictly forbidden to use screwdrivers, tweezers and other sharp objects to touch the simulator pins and gun mount sockets .
● Do not put your fingers into the simulator plug.
● It is strictly forbidden to immerse the simulator in water.
● It is strictly forbidden to touch the charging station when debugging the charging station .

Chapter 3 Product Usage Steps
3.1.Power-on connection steps
Step 1: Place the simulator flat near a charging station without potential safety hazards, and ensure that the distance between the charging station gun line and the simulator is appropriate.
Step 2: Connect the power supply
Use the power cord to connect the simulator "1" to power the simulator, as shown below:
Step 3: Push the switch "3" upward to the "ON" position, and the power indicator "PWR" turns blue. As shown below:
Step 4: Connect the gun mount
Connect the gun head to simulator "5", check that the charging station shows that the gun is plugged in, start charging with the charging station, and the "RUN" light will light up normally.

3.2.Software Features
This software supports the following functions:
- Support BMS parameter setting (CAN1)/acquisition (CAN2), the Chinese and English versions support different parameter types
- Support Chinese and English switching
- Support BMS default parameter settings
- Support one-click selection/clear

3.3.Parameter setting steps
Step 1: Prepare the computer and CAN box to connect to the simulator CAN port, as shown below:
Step 2: Open the program, the following interface will appear, click Connect, as shown in the figure:
Step 3: After the connection is successful, the "Display Item" will display the read data. When not connected, the status indicator in the lower right corner will be red. When the connection is successful, it will turn green. When there is data interaction, the indicator light will flash. As shown below:
Step 4: Language switch. Click the button of “中文”,and the language will turn into English.
Step 5: The basic setting will show on this page. Set the charging voltage, charging current and other requirements to complete the setting.
Chapter 4 Common fault description
1. The fault indicator light is on.When the charging station fault indicator "FLT" is on, check the communication line between EVC and the simulation board.
2. If you enter non-numeric characters, a parameter error message will appear. Please check and re-enter.
3. If the connection fails, it will prompt an error in opening the device. You need to check whether the CAN box is connected correctly.
4. If an error occurs during the connection process, the device will be automatically disconnected and a connect device fault message will be displayed. You need to check the line and reconnect.
