At Morek, we strive to provide our customers with the best charging experience possible. One way we do this is by offering firmware updates for our chargers through the Morek EV Tool app. Updating your charger's firmware ensures that it is running the latest software, which can improve performance, add new features, and enhance compatibility with different vehicles. 

• Connect to the charger via Bluetooth. For detailed steps, please refer to the article "Connecting to your charger via Bluetooth".

• Scroll down to the bottom of the setting list and press "Update Firmware".

• Enter the desired firmware version. At this point of time, "A0-MEV-V2.0.8.bin" is the latest one. Press "Update".

IMPORTANT!
Do not close the app during the update to avoid firmware corruption.
Internet connection is required for the update to start.

The firmware update will be downloaded, start immediately and will take ~5 minutes.

During the update, the charger's LCD screen will blink to indicate that the update is in progress.

After the update is done, the charger will reboot to its operational state.

Please always check DLM and other settings once charger rebooted.
