Step 1: Prepare the USB drive  

Format the storage device to FAT32.

For contents of the storage device, please submit a ticket.

Step 3: Locate the central control unit of the device

For 30 kW model:

For 60 kW model:

Step 3: Insert the USB drive into the central control unit

Step 4: Start the update using the touchscreen of the charger

1. Open the setting log in screen by double tapping the top left corner.

2. Enter the password using the on-screen keyboard ("301204" by default).

3. Head to the "Version Info" section.

3. Click "Export Log" to save the device logs before upgrading.

4. Click on "Upgrade" to start the process.

The update will take a few minutes. Once it finishes, the charger will reboot.

After rebooting, wait at least 5 minutes before proceeding to the next step.

Step 5: Finishing up

1. Turn the central control unit off with the Q3 MCB.

2. Remove the USB drive from the central control unit.

3. Turn the central control unit on with the Q3 MCB.

After boot is completed, device will be ready to use with the new Firmware.
