Note: This guide is only for smart charger models. Do not alter the switch settings on Plug&Go charger models.
Locate the DIP Switch
The DIP switch is located under the LCD panel, just above the LAN Ethernet port inside the charger.
- Remove the front cover to access the switch.
DIP Switch Settings
Use the following switch settings to configure the charger:
- DIP1
- OFF: Activates the socket version.
- ON: Activates the cable version.
- DIP2
- OFF: Sets the maximum current to 16A.
- ON: Sets the maximum current to 32A.
- DIP3
- OFF: Disables MID meter connection.
- ON: Enables MID meter connection for OCPP meter values communication.
For the meter connection, it must be activated for the charger to recognize communication with it. With the CT connection, the switch remains in its default position, meaning it operates without a meter, and the meter can be used for DLM management.
DIP "ON" IS UP, DIP "OFF" IS DOWN
ON OFF
Note on MID Meter and DLM Configuration: For installations requiring both OCPP metering and Dynamic Load Balance (DLM), specific setup steps are needed, including the use of separate MID meters and possibly a HUB for multiple chargers. Please refer to the MID Meter OCPP- and MID Meter DLM Setup Guide for detailed instructions.
