Downloading OCPP logs from Monta portal

If some issue occurs with a charger connected to the Monta Charge app, communication logs between the Morek charger and backoffice are a valuable insight into what went wrong.


To obtain the logs:


  • On a PC or Mac, head over to portal.monta.app and log in to the same account as in the mobile application.


  • Follow the video below to download the log file.




  • Share the retrieved logs with support for additional help.
