Smart charger – WiFi, LAN, and/or optional 4G

  • Use it at a private house, apartment building, or work. Charge and share chargings. Perfect for public charging.
  • Different modes of authentication support several use cases based on project requirements. The LCD display on the charger is easy to read and can be used in all locations – no translation to the local language is needed.

Prepare for Installation:

  • Cut the drilling template from the carton.
  • Place the drilling template on the wall and drill holes at the three fixing points.
  • Insert wall plugs into the fixing holes.

Front Panel Installation

Use a flat screwdriver to remove and reinstall the charger's front panel. Avoid over-tightening the screws.

Mounting the Charger

Use a drill with an extended screwdriver bit to securely attach the charger to the wall. Take care not to damage internal components. Recommended height from the ground is between 1,2 and 1,6 m.

Electrical Connection

Recommended circuit breaker in front of the charger: MCB type C and RCD Type A. After mounting the charger, connect the incoming power cable to the designated terminals.

Input power cable sizes*

  • AC 1P 7.4kW: Copper, 3x4mm²
  • AC 3P 11kW: Copper, 5x4mm²
  • AC 3P 22kW: Copper, 5x6mm²

*Recommendation, but before doing installation please consult with professionals.

Charging Cable Connection

Follow the adjacent guide for installing the charging cable. Ensure both the power cable and the data cable (CP) are properly connected.

Terminal Connection

When making connections in the Phoenix Contact push-in terminals, always use insulated terminal ends of appropriate size.

Wire Fixation

Securely fasten and fixate the wires to prevent any loose connections during usage.

Power On

After ensuring correct electrical connections, switch on the power and proceed with charger configuration, or in the case of a network-disconnected charger, initiate the charging process with RFID card.

Smart charger DLM installation and wiring

External CTs or smart meter must be connected for household load management as the charger only reads (collects) external CT or Meter data.

Additional configuration of CT or Meter is also needed through the Morek EV Tool APP to activate the DLM functionality and set the correct parameters.

Use CT wiring

Current direction, input towards home:

  • 7KW one-phase electricity, need to use 1 CT, ring CT covers L.
  • 22KW three-phase electricity, need to use 3 CTs, ring CT covers L1, L2, L3

For multiple charger installation where gorup balancing is necessary, a HUB must be used to control the charging network.
