The top has three versions: one antenna (Figure 1), two antennas (Figure 2), and no antenna (side antenna, Figure 3). The solutions for these three states are slightly different.
For chargers with One antenna and Two antennas on top
Pre-modification checks:
- Confirm the cabinet kit version to determine the specifications of the cable management system components and top cover.
- Confirm the cable specifications (outer diameter of the cable) to determine the cable clamp specifications.
Solution:
- Cable management assembly: Add an antenna clearance space (Figure 3), installed on the top cover, utilizing two lifting rings for assembly, and adding four mounting positions.
- Top cover: Replace with a new top cover (with added mounting holes and avoidance) (Figure 4).
- Support structure: Add four pieces (installed with screws to the cabinet body) (Figure 5).
- Antenna: The original antenna is removed and scrapped along with the top cover. The new top cover comes with the antenna pre-assembled from the factory.
- Cable clamp: Select based on the cable specifications.
For chargers with the antenna on the side.
Pre-modification checks:
- Confirm the cabinet kit version to determine the specifications of the cable management system components and top cover.
- Confirm the cable specifications (outer diameter of the cable) to determine the cable clamp specifications.
