The warranty covers all parts of the product as long as it has been handled and installed according to instructions and provided the product has not been subjected to misuse, overloading, poor maintenance, improper storage, or incorrect assembly. Morek will not be responsible for defects under warranty if the customer continues to operate the product after notification of a potential defect or if a written claim is sent to Morek more than 7 days after the defect was detected (or should have been detected).
The product warranty does not apply to charging cables, connectors, sockets, plugs, and software. For these items, the warranty period is limited to 3 months from delivery, considered the product's installation date, i.e., the date it is put into use. Morek shall not be liable for damages due to third-party acts, atmospheric discharges, excess voltage, chemical influences, or loss and damage in transit. The warranty does not cover the replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear.
Morek provides no warranty for the sale of used products and only limited warranty coverage for refurbished products. The warranty will be void if there is damage or malfunction caused by third-party products not provided or approved by Morek, improper transportation, incorrect installation, or use outside the intended purpose.
