Step 1: Activating the account

Download the Cloudics application (Android, iOS) and and register as a new user.

Activate the user through the link you receive via email.

Open your browser and log into the Cloudics platform: Cloudwatcher | Log in

Step 2: Adding charger(s) and setting up payment methods

After the first login, you will be prompted to add your charger(s).

Once the charger(s) have been added, you will be able to see them on your Cloudics web

platform.

If you cannot see your new charger(s) in the mobile application:

1. Try logging out and back in from the mobile application.

2. Wait for up to 24 hours for the app to refresh its locations' data.

To add an RFID card to your account, locate the “Cards” sub-section on the Cloudics

web platform, select “Add RFID Card”, and follow the instructions on the screen. It’s

possible to add physical RFID cards or create virtual ones. In order to use virtual card, it

must be linked to an app user. Virtual cards are only for in-app payments and can only be

used to activate charging sessions.

Step 3 (optional): Sharing charger access with additional user profiles

To share charger access, you must send the selected user(s) an invite via the Cloudics

web platform. Inviting additional users will grant them equal access to your Cloudics web

platform and make your charger(s) visible in their app. They can also start and stop

charging sessions if they have valid cards available.

All invited users are required to have an existing Cloudics account that must be created

via the mobile application.

To send an invite, locate the “Customers” sub-section and select “List”. From there, click

on “Invite user”, and enter the e-mail address they used when registering their account.

Once invited, they will have access to Cloudics web application and charger(s) will

become available in Cloudics mobile application.

Add a RFID card to the invited user if they wish to charge as well.
